At Beachside CrossFit, we believe fitness is a lifelong journey that starts young. Our Kids & Teens programs are specifically designed to build strong, confident, and healthy young people through fun, age-appropriate training.

Our Programs

Three programs for every age group

Each program is tailored to its age group — same CrossFit principles, age-appropriate delivery.

CrossFit Kids ages 5-8

Built on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency, then Intensity — CrossFit Kids makes movement fun while building the foundation of lifelong fitness. Classes focus on physical literacy, coordination, and healthy habits through engaging, play-based workouts.

CrossFit Kids Advanced Ages 9-12

Designed specifically for children aged 8–12, this program bridges the gap between Kids and Teens. It uses the same training methodology as our Teens class, scaled appropriately. A strong body of research shows that regular exercise improves cognitive function and can positively impact academic achievement.

CrossFit Teens

CrossFit Teens applies full CrossFit methodology to teenagers, with emphasis on proper mechanics and consistency before intensity. Teens develop real strength, endurance, and confidence — plus the movement skills that reduce sport injuries and carry into adult fitness.
